Hannah's 4th Birthday Party

I know that is has been forever since I posted but working full time and being a mother of 3 has kept me so busy.  It's so much easier to just take pictures on my phone and then sharing them on facebook.  We celebrated Hannah's birthday today even though it is technically on the 9th.  Here are some photos.

Hannah and her friend Brooklinn.

Hannah getting ready to blow out her candles.

Getting ready to beat the pinata.

Hannah chilling with big brother Collin, little cousin Vance and daddy.

Also, Hannah was supposed to have a third surgery on her palate on her birthday but, thanks to her brother's prayers every single night and anybody else that has been praying, the hole in her palate seems to be closing. Praise God!

Merry Christmas!

Here's Hannah and I getting warmed up for the yearly family portrait(taken before church so we're dressed up).

This one says it all.  No other words needed.

We finally got the family portrait.

On Christmas Eve we went to Aunt Mimi's and celebrated with Michael's sisters and his mom.

It's Christmas morning.  Hannah wanted, needed, and liked just about everything this year for Christmas.  Whatever she saw on tv or on the computer, she needed, wanted, or liked.

Nothing like getting your first 22 with a scope.

Apparently black powder rifles rock too.

Hannah's new barbie doll house is bigger than her.

Cousins Vance and Josiah opening presents at Grandma Ulmer's.

Hannah being silly as usual.  Grandma and Grandpa Ulmer on the sides.

Here's happy little Vance.

I just love Josiah's big blue eyes.

Some new friends we met today.  They will be getting a new little sister from China soon.

Where to Begin?

Where has the time gone?  Being a full time mother of three and a full time teacher, there's much time left for blogging.  I haven't even used my camera in forever.  I have the smart phone but that makes it difficult to post on here, easy for facebook though.
Cinderella's personal body guards.

Cody celebrated his 11th birthday in September.  Yes, we are rednecks.  Grandpa bought him a go devil and this is he and his friends did for fun.

Hannah celebrated her third b-day in August.

Collin celebrated his 8th b-day in July.  Check out that cool cake.

A new cousin Vance, was born in July.

We went to the Chicago Zoo.  Here's Hannah and grandma Ulmer.  Hannah wouldn't ride on the horses.

We went to my niece's Quinceanera in Chicago.  She's beautiful.

This was Hannah at Aunt Cryssy's baby shower in June.

Getting Ready for Easter!

It's been quite a while since I posted anything.  Hannah, Cody, and Collin decorated Easter eggs tonight, so I figured it was time to post something.  I'll try to post more after tomorrow with Hannah in her pretty Easter dress.

If you look at Collin you may notice that he doesn't have his usual glasses on.  He broke them last night up at the cabin with grandpa, bro., and Isaiah(cousin).  They literally are in pieces.

Cody couldn't wait until tomorrow.  One of his eggs broke so he decided to partake early.  Hannah broke the first one actually.  She grabbed Collin's and then accidentally dropped it on the floor.

The Discovery Center

Two Fridays ago we took the kids to the Discovery Center.  I've been wanting to for a long time since Hannah hasn't been.  She loved it and the boys still love it too.

Here's Collin wrapped in a giant bubble.

Cody and Hannah next to the dentist's office.

...and now that Collin just saw a game last night, he wants to play hockey.

The little hygienist.

Picking out her produce in the little grocery store.

I wish it was nice enough to be in a boat on real water.

Daddy and Hannah in a fighter jet.

A random picture of Collin and Hannah cooking on her kitchen set.

This picture was taken this morning before church.  I couldn't resist this dress.  It is so adorable.  There aren't any sleeves so I had her wear this little jacket over it.

Gotcha Day Celebration

It was a little over a year ago that Hannah entered our lives for the first time.  She was bundled in multiple layers with rosy cheeks.  I knew it was her the moment she entered the room, I could tell by her eyes.  She was very shy but quickly fell asleep on me.  It was quite the wait to get Hannah, 4 and a half years.  It has been a challenging year with a toddler in the house again, but she is a part of our forever family and nothing will change that. Thank you God for this blessing and the stretching and teaching you are doing with me as well.

She was so shy and used to put her hand up to her eye when she was nervous.

Here's daddy and Hannah when we were visiting a school in China.

Here's Hannah today with her little cousin Josiah, and daddy.

Here's Hannah's Gotcha Day Cake.  Thank you Sharon for a beautiful cake!

Hannah's First Christmas 2010

Even though Hannah is a little over 2 years old, this is her first Christmas.  She was so excited!  Michael had told her to go sit down and he would bring over her presents.  She listened without putting up a stink.  She sat on the floor and just waited patiently.  If you know Hannah, then you know this is not her typical reaction.

Hannah has a few favorite things and chaptstick is one of them.

Cody and Hannah waiting for more presents on Hannah's Ariel couch.

Collin's new ripstik.  He is so good at this, and yes he did it down our hallway.  Yes, I attempted it as well.  No, I'm not as good as he is.

Cody's new Marines shirt.  He's so into Marines and shooting guns.

Hannah is ready to go to Grandma's house now.

Hannah is showing Josiah how his toy works.  He loved this thing.  He would make it honk over and over.

All the cousins on my side of the family.

Melody and Josiah.  Pretty and cute.
